A youtuber named CircleToonsHD had posted on his twitter to draw our character with this froggy head on as a hat.
I couldn't think of any ocs of mine that I thought would be cute with the "hat" so I designed a character based on the hat lol.
Was fun, though the art has some flaws that I couldn't figure out how to correct I was and still am pretty happy with the art.

Anyways, I want the april fools badge and instead of rushing trying to draw something new I looked through my twitter to see if I wanted to post anything I had forgot to post here haha. I originally was going to draw another girl in this style and post them both together but oh well.
