Description
This took me from about 7:00 in the morning to 1:35 am straight with only a few meal and bathroom breaks to finish this. I hate doing vectors for that reason. They take so loooonnnngggg and yet look so easy that people usually don't see how hard it is. I wish it was as fast as raster for me... and now the vector lines are burned behind my eyes with that red outline...

That damn staff, I made into a symbol. Arrrggghhh. It's the first eternal staff. As I was doing it I was like, "Ahh.. this is why she changed it to the simple one later on." Nothing like a powerup to inspire simplicity.

I came up with the idea for this chibi about 10 years ago? Something like that. This is an updated version. It's not exact to Takeuchi-sensei's style, but I had to take a few liberties since it is Neo Queen Selenity... the liberty is in the ponytails. I also did a bit of abbreviating on the bosom of the dress...
