now with that out of the way...

Notodame is Guzame's older brother. Unlike Guzame ; who's special ability is to be able to eat and digest anything,Notodame's special ability is to be able to nullify or forbid anything.
Long ago,the two brothers were very compassionate towards eachother and the world around them ; both using their abilities to make the world a better place. However,Notodame wasn't fully able to control his ability of nullification,and one day,it caused a terrible massacre in which hundreds of people lost their lives. The only person who felt even a trace of remorse for him was his own brother : Guzame. Yet because of this accident,Notodame was severely punished ; being beaten up,mauled,humiliated and even raped. This torture went on for as long as he was living in that town he called home,until finally,he had enough ; he left his home town and took permanent refuse in the mountains.
He no longer felt any kind of kindness for that had been taken from him by his torture,and since then,he remained up in those mountains alone.
He doesn't want to be visited,helped, or anything. you can't even reach him. This is because he has created a barrier in the mountains that forbids any kind of entry,and even then,knowing of how Guzame's ability is able to counteract his,he nullified any and all memories that Guzame had of his brother so that Guzame wouldn't think to try to surpass or destroy the barrier : this is a practically flawless strategy.
But still,at some point in time,Guzame would still stumble upon his brother's barrier,curiosity would pick at his gluttonous mind,and he would surpass the barrier anyway ; discovering his long lost brother once again.
