Titles are hard to come up with imo .w.Anyway, Halloween's just around the corner!
I liked the idea of Vulpix + Will-O-Wisp for some reason... so this is my mediocre attempt at painting an alternative "form" of Vulpix
(Not like Alolan form bc I didn't change or add any features to Vulpix so it's more like a palette change, really).
I was mainly practicing colouring & shading but I'll try something more creative next time~
