Based on my old friend: Elliot the Angel of Death. He simply asked one day at tvtome "can I be a villain with a big role?" a LOOONG time ago...I have no idea why, but I just felt like I should. Looking at it now, people would deem that totally unfiar. Oh well. And YES I'm fully aware that he looks like a KKK member, and I'm not racist, but it seemed like an aright design for a bad guy >> He's acually British though, and the cape was originally supposed to represent him as a ghost, but w/e. Some of his character was design was also inspired by a personal favorite NetNAVI, Magicman.EXE
