A multipart commission for Sabrea!Today, we're testing out a new, more concentrated version of Full Incense. The normal version is known to slow down pokemon by inducing feelings of bloating and fullness, so what happens if you make a version with an even more potent effect?
Our first subject here is a Mega Charizard Y! As you can see, the bloating effects are even more pronounced, along with the slowing effects. Evasion seems like it would be similarly affected.
