Plot
The episode starts with Jeffy patting his diaper and sighing that he is bored so he goes outside and paints the fence. He thinks it is pretty and looks at it for 59 minutes and 6 seconds. Once that is achieved, Jeffy says it's all dry and said what he did was fun. Jeffy then says April Fools to the viewers implying it was an April Fools joke. He also says "Why you do that?" to those who watched it all the way through.

Redeeming Qualities
It is an April Fools and it was the one that inspired my April Fools Joke for 2018.
