Might be controversial to some but should be expected from these type of stuff.And these ain't even the full list of special NPCs, like its missing Wisp, Serena, Tortimer, Kapp'n, etc.
But oh well, it is what it is.
That aside, I think I can clarify a bit:
-Great part of the characters I put in the "They are ok" tier I truly have never interected with them at all as I haven't played all of the AC games as such and some don't appear in the versions I have played (ACWW and ACNH)
-The characters in the "No" tier are either because they are pointless and/or because I just don't like them and that doesn't necessarily mean I have interacted with them but because of how they are made to behave as such (Eg: Lyle in Wild World chasing you until you are forced to buy a shit insurance from him).
-As always, the weirdest get the best treatment from me, in this case, Shrunk is my absolute favorite, I think I get WAY too excited whenever I see him.
