Ok so here is a cute young mist chunin with a pension for trouble.This little guy is 12 years old and would have existed in Pre-shippuden. He likes wagashi sweets and he likes making new foes. His life goal is to find out what happened to his mother (who disappeared when he was a toddler) and find out who his father is.
Now as for the father in question....it's Juzo Biwa.
