I dont do request often but I dont do much DC fan art (outside of Harley Quinn...Do I have a problem?)

The idea was there we needed a more badass and accurate to her region/lore Wonder Woman. Honestly, I never liked Wonder Woman, the idea was cool but the comic and movies tended to fall short for me because she was a lot like Superman and I just couldnt get into the 100% immune to everything type of hero (Even Wolverine had weaknesses... And his wasnt a glowing green rock. x.x )

But I think I would of liked her a lot better if she looked like this. More like a heroine and less like a super model... Not because I have issues with them drawing her as white but because I dont picture Amazons as beautiful. These bitches would hack off one of their boobs to be better archers! You think they give a flip about perfect hair or flawless skin? I imagine them to have a mentality closer to Spartans or the sterotype of vikings. Scars are like trophies, your only as good as the challenge you overcome in battle, sex appeal-what is that?

But thats just me.

Sadly I think I went too dark on the skin. She was suppose to look more olive like a greek but I think my settings are off.

Oh well... Requester was thrilled and even if its not my best, im thrilled with how it came out too.

So thrilled that I got prints made and im currently making buttons. I was going to put it on my redbubble to add to shirts but WB got pissy over a original design when people on there sell cut out images from the comics, but whatever.. >>;

Prints start at $15 for 8x10 and cost about $8 to ship US because I only ship them priority.

Buttons are $1 plus $1 for shipping but I only charge shipping once so it would be free is say ordered with a print or other items.
