Don't know what to do with Angela headcanon-wise tbh, probably because the canon info on her is really lacking.

So for what I do have: she is a Lombax, but was born and raised in Bogon. Her extended family had lived there for a couple generations, they had no ties with Fastoon. So while she is surprised to see another Lombax, it's not because of the Massacre - because she had no idea it'd happened until Tachyon came after her.

After that I got nothing, really. This particular version of her is an AU in which she doesn't die/flee the dimension. She winds up on Jasindu and proceeds to hide there for years, and Tachyon never finds her because who the hell is crazy enough to try to live with the Kerchu?? Hence, the tattoos
