Fun Girl is Ichiko's older sister, born of Saisho's first wife, Kataba.

Saisho loved Kataba but broke up with her when he finally became obsessed with the idea of perfection. Then even his beloved wife seemed imperfect to him. However, he kept their daughter for himself, most likely for experiments.

Fun Girl's name is Yuki Saikou (Yuki means "snow")

Yuki was a calm child (even too calm), but when Ichiko was born, Yuki became insanely cheerful and active. Saisho didn't like this, because, in his opinion, Yuki had a negative influence on Ichiko.

And then Yuki disappeared.

So, let's remember what happened when Ichiko was 9 years old:

"When his daughter [Ichiko] was only 9 years old, Saisho had already begun to consider the possibility that his daughter would fall short of his standards."

Perhaps Saisho began to become disillusioned with Ichiko due to the fact that at 9 years old she began to talk about her missing sister, which no one else knows about except Ichiko.

But...why Ichiko is the only one who remembers Yuki if they are not twins?

Saisho's first wife, Kataba, was a woman from the Aishi clan, therefore Yuki is Aishi too. And the "soulmate" that gave her feelings and meaning to live is...her younger sister, Ichiko. When Saisho realized this, he decided to kill Yuki, so that she does not interfere with the life of his precious perfect Ichiko.
