Description
This twin tailed attack vessel is the light workhorse of the Royal Carpathian Air Navy uses its point defense guns to provide anti-torpedo, and air mine coverage for lager ships. The Cutter has adequate firepower, and is quite maneuverable but has no rear weaponry aside from a harpoon cannon so ship masters must be careful while evading pursuit.
