I designed this outfit for a comic ( [link] ) and it was so cool I had no choice but to post it here for your delectation. It is based, oddly enough, on Loki's vague resemblance to Audrey Hepburn, and thereby on Hepburn's dress in My Fair Lady, only without giant bows, and made of pants. I have a twisted desire to trace this design onto cloth and sew it to wear at an anime con.
