Ash didn't get Charizard back until a while after. Besides, that Cameron idiot is such a stupid joke, that even though I don't even like Charizard, I hope his burns him and his Lucario to crisps.
In Japan. 19th for the US. Sadly, I don't think any past companions will come back except for a brief while in the next series. Well, at least that nasty Iris is gone!

Just like I do Iris. Poor Bianca suffered a lot in the anime, and he made it all worse.
