TO USE YOU MUST:
Credit DISNEY for TLK. Credit and/or link to me for making the base. CHANGE THE COLORS of the lions. If I catch ONE person I will take all colors off and make them GRAY.For the mother's reference I used one screenshot of Sarafina for the head/shoulders, one of Sarabi for the front legs, and another one of Sarabi for the body.
For the baby's reference, I used one clip art image for the baby's head, and one coloring page for his/her body.
The other two babes are from various baby Simba stuff found all across the internets. And, from ~QuinnBases bases which are no longer on DevArt.

I actually found another way! I found a tutorial and found out how you can do it! But it will be helpful for others if they do bases that way. ^^ I do mine like your's now

I'm a newbie on making bases and what not, could I get a little advice on how to make bases?Β

I use MS Paint, its easiest for me to handle (I dislike layers). The curve tool is your best friend! It makes everything easier. References are a must, if your making bases of your own. For the lioness on the top here, I used three different screenshots from the movie, and one picture of a real lioness to see the way her hip would be, laying like that.Β

I use the curve tool for everything XD One thing that may help you, look up some keyboard shortcuts for the version of Paint you have (just google it, they'll pop up). I have an older version, some of mine don't work with other versions.Β

Kisini, what did you mean by the last rule? I understand we need to color the lion's different colors, but can you please explain about the "catch ONE person I will take all colors off and make them GRAY"?

Some of my bases are colored in gray and white tones, instead of 'lion colors'. I think the lion colors look better, personally, so I like to make them this way, but I don't want people to use the colors because that's not right. So if too many people steal the colors, I'll change it all to gray and make it look sad. But good news, no one that I know of has stolen the colors
