It may not be the original full sized piece, but hopefully it's still alright.And btw, please refrain from making comments like, "omg, is this like the Zorda think in archie" because it's clearly not. This is a role play inspired comic page, and really, the only similarities between the two (from what I went and researched) is the world 'ending' and Sonic and Sally being together. There is nothing else close to it.
Sorry guys, but the last time I posted it, I actually got tired of hearing it over and over again.
Seriously guys, I hate to sound mean, but please stop trying to draw similarities between two completely different things.

Oh my. I love this. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this and I wish there were more pages. I LOVE Sonally, especially angsty pieces like this.
And srrsly it isn't like the Xorda thing. It reminded me of it at first, but the plot is much different--at east from what I gather. And the emotion is much higher.

I'm the guy who was lucky enough to help the very talented roleplay this out, and she's asked me to explain this the best I can. So here we go!
In the "End of Mobius", Sonic and Sally are destiny's chosen ones. Not only does the fate of the planet depend on them, but the existence of the planet itself. Their actions may protect and ensure the future, but it is the special bond they share, the bond of friendship and love, that keeps the planet whole.
But the bond is tested and strained, both from without and from within. Others seek to woo their attentions away from each other, with varying degrees of success. And Sonic is not content to suffer the whim of Destiny, not caring what harm his actions may cause.
The further Sonic and Sally drift apart, the more havoc is caused on the planet. Electrical storms, volcanoes, tornadoes, earthquakes, flooding....the very forces that hold the planet together begin to tear it apart. At the point of this picture, Sally's just finally had enough. All the fighting, all the anger, all the hate and misunderstandings, and for what? For them to end up like this? For the planet to die? And seeing her like this is finally enough to snap Sonic out of the shell he was building around himself as well.
The only question is, is it too late to save them all?
