Buried Alien is one of those goofy characters that just stick with you. I found this character one Wikipedia binge in high school and have been obsessed ever since. He is amnesiac Speedster who showed out of no where literally in a tattered costume which was eerily similar to dc's scarlett speedster. I should also mention this happened after Crisis on Infinite Earth's in which Flash "died'.
