these until a nice while but things happened so here they go!

ALSO i'm not sure when i'll post werehybrids next
so be aware of that haha! i wanna crack down on
my species and other things...
i'm definitely still doing werewolf variants absolutely
but there'll be a bit of a break..

Jersey Wargdevil

(Werewolf x Jersey Devil)

You find them in their headquarters, draped over a leather chair with a drink
in one hand and a switchblade in the other. They twirl the blade, toss it
in a fashion you can't quite decide is careless or skillful.

As they do this, the Wargdevil looks at you; flashing a gleam in their eye
as bright and silvery as the tongue with which they use to speak.

"Flirting with risk." The term parrots itself in your head.
You believe that is what every encounter with this mysterious figure would be like.
And the chilling outlines of horns around their head would
not want you to think otherwise.

- can cackle like a hyena in form, but raise
their pitch almost indefinitely while doing so... creepy
- because of their unique shape in werewolf form, they walk with a sway!
- moves incredibly quickly across rooftops
- tongue is very agile, almost like an extra limb
- a trickster. will rob you of everything you own
and you won't know the difference

Lupuserpentis
(Werewolf x East Asian Dragon)

You can count five consecutive spring seasons where you've seen it.
A long and graceful thing coiling through the sky and dipping behind the clouds.
It was always followed by a haze. Not unlike hearing someone distantly calling while your
senses float halfway through sleeping and waking, you think, except it leaves
a soothing feeling deep in your stomach which you miss when it fades.
It was like that this year too.

You told your new co-worker about it.
They seemed like the quiet sort, but as soon as you brought up the word
"howl" and "dragon," they perked right up and scooted closer.

They leave you with a soothing feeling, too.
Maybe there is something they're not telling you.

(Werewolf x Grizzly Bear)

At the diner you overheard a gravely voiced hunter mutter
about a "freakishly large wolf, bear, iunno - sum'n" out in the woods.
Considering how tired he seemed and how near feral he was
over that plate of food, you figured it was just nonsense.
Tired ramblings of a man from the woods.

You wish that they were just tired ramblings.

The dark mass that wandered into your backyard one night begged to differ.
Especially when it stood up on two legs and unrolled an
unholy wall of starry speckles and fur.

But there was a gentleness to its eyes.
