Okay, well the nose should've been slightly higher and the eyes need to be more in wards than they are now. The ears should've been slightly lower. A couple of things you did well on was the shirt and shoulder shape. What you could've worked on a bit more was the shape of her buns and detail in her hair. I heard you can't draw without a model, why don't you try drawing the shape of the body without features, then draw the less personalized things like the eyes, mouth, nose, then the hands and feet. Then build up to the hair and finally the clothes. If you used this process you may find it a bit easier. Well you'll have to learn to draw without a model sometime ;D
