well...its a looong story XD
i have this original team of espadas who where all created by a scientist working for a corrupted shinigami lady ( who starts off as villain but time and experience alters her motives ) and than a second group whos leader is some evil insane priest XD ( also an arrancar )
( i can tell you more if you like, but its avery long and sometimescomplex/complicated story XD)

the first evil guy was a gurl XD
her name was khalida and she started off pretty innocent as a normal soul . after hollows destroyed her part of the village ( very poor part, like the rukon district where hollow atacks might happen from time to time ) and she was the only survivor of her family she grew bitter because the soul reapers arrived too late and she also blames them for saving her when she rather wanted to die alongside her family... ( she also lost her unborn child in the process when a hollow stabbed her through the stomach ) instead of greatfulness for saving her she only felt hatred towards the soul reapers. This hatred grew over the years and she blamed them for everything that went wrong. possesing a great amount of spiritual pressure ( which probably was the reason the hollows targeted her and her family in the first place, it later turns out ) she made it into the academy and became a soul reaper herselfe. At this point she tried to ignore her hatred and make up for the other soul reapers mistakes herselfe ( she still thought they were the cause of all the suffering in the poor districts but wanted to do something against it by helping them) , but after many years ( over a century) where she made it up the ranks she lost all hopes she could change anything at all this way ( there is a corrupted government and many things are not exactly going right , long story... which doesnt mean everything was as bad and evil as Khalida (her name) viewed it as ; she just had a very extreame point of view... * which is not an excuse for her later actions , they were terrible, but she wasnt 'just evil' and once realy meant well...* )
She became the captain of the 4th division ( in my story which takes place in another part of the world, without any of the canon characters ) and set up a plan to take revenge on the person who saved her back than ( since he made her live without her family ) - this person was a member of the 4th division all those years before, but is now the captain of the 12th division. Khalida wanted to destroy him both physically and mentally and cause him as much suffering as she did feel herselfe in the past - this plan succeeded...
Khalida belived she would finally get some peace of mind if she got her revenge, but the hatred ( and madness) grew even stronger and kept consuming her, untill she belived the only way was to destroy the soul society and kill as many shinigamis as possible ( yup. psycho lady XD )
This plan however failed and she had to flee - Khalida might be strong and one of the more experienced captains ,but she is not like aizen; she wouldnt stand a chance in hell against the whole gotei 13 XD
since everyone was looking for the traitor the only place she had left to hide was the dimension of the hollows... In the dessert of hueco mundo she probably would have died eventually if she didnt meet an arrancar called syrus ( the guy linked in the big set with the characters )
Syrus ( who also has a very long backstory how he became an arrancar and where his unusual powers that play a key role in my story come from *not natural causes* XD ) belived he could take on the weakened soul reaper but khalida still managed to overpower him with ease ( to stay fair: syrus is the weakest arrancar in terms of strenght , he has some nasty abilities but in a fist fight hanataro might be able to beat him XDD *since he wasnt turned into an arrancar the usual way he never got over the level of a common hollow * )
after initially trying to kill eachother (XD) the two eventually formed an alliance as this would be of advantage for both of them: Syrus would help khalida with her plan and to survive in the dessert while khalida would protect the rather weak hollow from atacks of others of his kind ( not arrancars, adjuchas or menos ) so he could do his research without having to worry about an atack
Khalias powers are based on the manipulation of a persons hormones and chemical transmitters. In other shinigamis she could cause living tissue to either heal or form a necrosis this way - and for a long time she belived it was the only effect this ability could have.....but during the time in the dessert she learned of an other one. On hollows her transmitters had a compleately different effect - its acts almost like some kind of pheromone...
hollows are drawn to her like bees to their queen ; she can manipulate their thoughts and behaviour... - however , this effect does only apply to the hollow side of a soul ; which means an arrancar or lower hollow who is conscious/ intelligent isnt affected as much as a normal hollow that only reacts by instinct. she can only influence the instincts- someone who is more human/in controll of themselfes ( and doesnt let instincts influence their behaviour ) wouldnt be affected much , or maybe not at all ( for example - her power would have a greater influence on grimmjow than they would have on stark. on szayel they might not work at all . she can manipulate a persons 'gut feel' into trusting her for example or not reacting aggressive towards her, but she cant give orders or mind controll someone - this she can only do with the mindless/animal like kind of hollows - )
This was also the reason why her powers didnt affect Syrus ( who has like...0 hollow instincts at all XD )
Syrus later figured out a way to turn hollows into arrancars - and khalida had a new plan... She would use her ability to manipulate those arrancars into following her ( she always was great in playing mind games and manipulating others , even without that ability ) .
she made syrus create several arrancars and eventually she led them to an atack on the soul society - which failed.
The plan was to use some of the arrancars as bait to seperate the captains and than kill them all one by one , with the help of her strongest arrancars ( her espadas , who were on or above captain level) - they would (most likely) have succeeded, but khalida stopped the atack herselfe ...
why?
at this point, many years had gone by which she did spend among 'her' arrancars . at the start she considered them a tool or weapon that could easily be disposed off, but that changed over the time...
as much as her power was affecting the arrancars , she didnt noticed she also started to get attached to them as well...
When the first weaker arrancars were killed khalida lost her cool and ordered to retreat. she belived she didnt care about them and it wouldnt matter to her if they died or not as they could easily be replaced- but that day she realiced this wasnt the case anymore . she had to admit she actually considered them her 'new family'
She would still want to murder shinigamis like some maniac (XD) but it also changed her point of view : khalida origianly wanted to help people/ stop the suffering ; she though only whiping out the shinigamis and resetting the whole world ( loooong story XD ) would do the trick , but later she felt like she could help the hollows instead.. ( and give them a second chance ; another option than to get bleached, killed by a quincie or get consumed by another hollow )
Since it turned out constantly surpressing their instincts by her ability would give the rest of the soul - the leftover part that is still human- the chance to recover and take over - slowly making their souls more human again - an effect that , after many years would often become permanent . khalida didnt know about that side effect of her ability at the start , neither did syrus or any other of the arrancars as it would happen so slowly noone noticed at first .. ( which is the reason why many of my arrancar are not as aggressive or bloodthirsty as one woul expect xD *the second group still is , dont sorry XD *
*the story isnt over here but i will skip the next part XDD ; basically: she goes villain again and escalates, gets sealed away but returns to the world , this time finally *sort of* redeemed and will even work togther with the soul society against some new, much bigger threat *

omg i love dis XD since Azmodeus is a pacifist. and have personality some what like stark. but also some what animistic. that he loves affections and. that in his animal form is acting like in between a horse.cat and a dog XD
also i can just see khalida cuddling up the the big fluff ball that is Azmodeus
