Anyways, I Gotta Say They did a Really Good Job on Roy, Who, in my Opinion, Looks Better in the Cartoon than in the Games.

I saw a "Magic School Bus" episode where that happened oddly enough.
Yeah, the cartoon version of Roy is pretty impressive and close to his original design. Same with Iggy kind of, but he lacks his original crazy personality, which got transferred to Kooky.

Kooky/Ludwig also appeared to be an Inventor in the Games. He Built a Robot in Yoshi's Safari and an Elevator in NSMBWii.

I do see him having similar talents as Iggy with inventing, though this sorta makes up a headcanon of Iggy being deep down envious of Ludwig since he feels he's better than him at practically everything.

It actually is an established part of his character, there were even some Nintendo Adventure books that showed this, Iggy would often invent some sort of device if he is the main focused antagonist. The Super Mario Wiki will explain everything though.
