Description
I decided to do this because I wanted to cast Black Hat and Butters in a father-son like relationship. I know that most people prefer Black Hat and Lincoln, but I actually like the idea of Black Hat coming to South Park and being disgusted with everything he saw, and Butters has tried to be a supervillain before, so why not. Also, the reason there's a one in the title is because I may do another Repo Cartoon Crossover Recast, so this isn't going to be the only one. There are even two more recasts before this one, this is just the first recast I did something out of.

Recast:
Butters Stotch (South Park) as Shilo Wallace (both had to spend most of their lives in their bedroom because of their parents)
Black Hat (Villainous) as Nathan Wallace
Star Butterfly (Star vs the Forces of Evil) as Blind Mag
Holli Would (Cool World) as Grave Robber (because it's cliche to cast Holli in the Amber role)
Toffee (Star vs the Forces of Evil) as Amber Sweet
Blue Diamond (Steven Universe) as Pavi Largo (because she's seen mostly with Yellow Diamond and Pavi with Luigi)
Yellow Diamond (Steven Universe) as Luigi Largo (because she has a shorter temper than Blue Diamond)
Bill Cipher (Gravity Falls) as Rotti Largo
