Okay here me out. I know Noddy is canonally a male in their shows, but they give us that androgynous look. They wear eye lashes and blush, so they look kinda feminine. Their clothes I consider unisex because it's just shorts and a long sleeve shirt. And a scarf that they wear. For some reason, Noddy loses the feminine look in the reboot. But I personally like the Noddy Toyland Adventures one. Oh and for your information, Noddy uses they/them pronouns in my head canon so that's why.
