Completed the line-work and coloring of Phantasma from Scooby Doo, for requester: Prentis-65

This particular project didn't take too long as there isn't that much detail on the character herself, though it was kind of a challenge with the coloring due to the limited blue hues I have (or maybe my eyes just have a tougher time identifying the blue spectrum OAO; ). Per request, she's enjoying the new boots she recently acquired, especially since her original boots were just simple (and plain) white boots. Tried my best to keep her close to the original concept, though I think I did make her hair length in some places a bit longer...
