So yeah...First off, this this actually an redraw of an old 2015 picture. Secondly, this is an old creepypasta character (yes, I was into creepypasta). Finally, both pictures were based off the song Game Over from Spy Kids. Also, I referenced another picture for the throne and basic pose.
