The quality was always going downhill as of Hero's Tail, but at least that kept the story line, then when the "Legend" series came out they said it was a prequel and that was acceptable, but then Dawn of the Dragon came out, that was a pretty big screw you to Spyro fans, having him grown up, mutated looking, and having Hunter, the lazy sarcastic cheetah come in as a muscular robin-hood-esque character.... and then of course there's.... well you know, probably the biggest FUCK YOU to fans of any game ever.
