Description
The Kirsten Beyer books detailing the Full Circle project allude to a second generation of Intrepid class starships, with Voyager being refitted to this level. To me, this seemed a good opportunity to "fix" the Intrepid class and make it look a little more integrated. So here we have what I'm calling the Flight II Intrepid.

In short:
- Better blending of the hull lines (for Slipstream)
- New nacelles
- Improved phaser coverage
- Slight increase in internal volume
- Secondary impulse engines to allow saucer separation (although why the author felt such a small ship needed this ability is beyond me)
