I love his mask, it looks Asian. Thereβs an idea, have it when Ben is in this form he can only speak Japanese. I also like the placement of the omnitrix.
Is his body water? Or is it water surrounding an alien?
Can he absorb other liquids? Like acid?

He is made of water, and he can absorb other liquids as long as they are not to acidic. So alas, no acid.

Yeah, extremely high heat and really dry arid places. Deserts for example. Also, extreme colds could in theory freeze him
