In The EveningI couldn\'t sleep, to damn hot, so I figured I would get up and process some of the shots I took last night at Washington Park in Denver of the sunset. This is one of those shots. Quite a gorgeous evening last night, a lot of people out, heck even had a Bagpipe band. I would have stayed longer if I hadn\'t been sick lol Thoughts welcomed and print to come!

Sounds like a joint photo shoot to me! Ya'll should get together when you get your new camera and have him take you where the clouds are the best to capture! THAT would be the best teaching you could ever ask for, in my opinion

Well, I guess it all depends on how far you live from John. He loves showing people around Colorado, as he's met with and driven around his friends from dA before.

very beautiful but almost chaotic. I think the road at the bottom is a bit distracting. But wonderful picture non the less. You are a great photographer!

Well thank you! I actually left the road in there on purpose to give it a tad of depth but also because of sheer contrast in color and texture

I used to go fishing with my Grandpa at this lake when I was really little. They lived a few blocks west of the lake. I miss that old house, it was wonderful...thank you for bringing back that memory.

I took a trip down Ogden Street on Google maps, I am not sure where it is on the street but 760 Ogden looked pretty close as far as the rock wall up to the house. THe house looks really different and it was not all painted white, it was a brick home and it had a front porch (which could have been enclosed like the address above shows) and it did not have a second story. It did have a basement that was not visible from the street. I will have to ask my mom what the address was. I would love it if you could take a picture for me
