I feel like there's a lot of meaning to this that people seem to skip over.
Maybe it wasn't intended, but when I see this I think of how we seem to drag around things that we don't need (lets face it, you don't need a hippo ). But this could also apply to emotional baggage that weighs us down and doesn't let us get where we need to be.

And then again, this could be purely humor Either way, its a beautiful piece, very well done

I think this is very cool. I would not want to leave my hippo behind either. Although I would probably ride the hippo rather than pulling it in a wagon.
