Propain is from the same group as Siphon.
He is part of a group neutral bots that have adapted to surviving on cybertons battle grounds. They are opportunistic scavengers and parasites. They live off the deactivated and any unwary cybertronian. A soldier might find their fuel levels have drastically dropped after having a bit of shutdown time in the trenches.

Stealth is their greatest asset and they usually travel is small groups to avoid detection.

Propain is the the groups storage vat he stores what ever extra the group can find, to be used in leaner times.
He doesn't have a mouth siphon, being a fuel carrier he has a alternative fuel intake located in his right arm, this was converted to become his siphon.

He's a pessimistic sort of guy and justifiably nervous whenever a fire fight occurs. Generally he's carrying quite a bit of volatile fuel around one good hit and he's toast.
