This is a fast sketch I did a few weeks ago and never came around posting it.
Found it again this morning...so there you go.
Done with Blue Animation Pencils (Col-erase). White highlights added with PS

Nahhh...I think it would be to much blue. And this is actually on normal white paper. I took a photo of it at night and the orange is the result of my desk lamp. *LOL*
