Oh, wow! The detail in the hair and feathers is amazing. The only thing I have to critique about it is that how far down the hairline goes on the neck looks a bit odd, but it may just be the reference photo. Fantastic work!

Hair's an absolute pain. It's so pretty but basically every time I try to draw it, I just end up shouting at my cat that everyone should just go shave it all off!
