i got tagged by ~thewintercynic for this interview thingie. i figured i'd do it here instead of my journal cause...im...cool like that. alright?

there are a few inaccuracies in the drawing. tim's hair is dark grey, not black. ro's skin is a little too sickly i think...he looks so awkward standing there for some reason haha...and...uh...i feel like there's something else but i forget. by all rghts i shoulda put arridro on there but i was in the mood to draw tim instead. actually, i really shoulda drawn arridro...his suit woulda been fun...oh well. maybe another day.

and now that i'm reading over this, i realize tim wasnt a good choice cause he never does anything...he's so isolated. he also comes accross as much more of a fanatical christian than i wanted.

anyways, on with the interview.

R: i...have a fondness for peppermint...and i've been told i am quick to offend. i am also obsessively neat.
K: ...you...you kill people! you don't consider that a bad habit?!
R: well...it's not really...a habit...

E: speaking of habits and sleeping, you hog the covers!
K: i do not!
E: and you have that picture of that old guy on your wall...
K: that's hemingway! and it's not a bad habit!

C: elyjah is argumentative, immature, and very thick, though from what i can see it seems kiro is fairly immature as well. elyjah also smokes, and is addicted to fast food. i smoke a little too.
E: if by a little you mean...maybe...more than a pack a day?
C: it is not that much!
E: apparently you have a habit of denial too.
T: that's not a habit.

T: i cannot think of any.

R: i...do not have one.

R: i...take care of my younger sister.
K: i also got a sister but i don't really take care of her...we live with our grandmother.
E: kiro is like my little brother. i gotta watch out for him.
C: elyjah is like my little brother. i gotta watch out for him.

7. what is your favourite food?
R: ...candy canes.
K: dark chocolate.
E: burger, with onions, and french fries with lots of ketchup...
C: coffee. a hot cup of imported black coffee in the morning.
T: i've never really thought about it before. i eat for nourishment, and my diet consists mostly of soldier's tack and tea. i suppose...i was once meeting a contact at a carnival, and on the way home i purchased some rock candy. that was fairly good.

8. what is your favourite flavour of ice cream?
R: oh..i havent had ice cream in ages. vanilla i suppose.
K: vanilla/chocolate soft serve.
E: rocky road, most definitely.
C: lemon gelato.
T: i dont believe i've ever had ice cream...

9. have you ever killed anyone?
R: yes.
K: no!
E: er...yeah.
K: what??
E: let's talk about it later, kay?
C: i have.
T: it's my job.

R: hate is a useless emotion. i do not hate those that have wronged me. i only extract equal retribution....but i suppose that is not all true. there is one person i truly hate...but i will kill him as soon as i am able...
K: i hate everyone. humans are vile creatues.
E: ro.
C: kids.
T: i do not hate anyone.

11. do you have any secrets?
R: no. i will tell you anything you want to know as long as you have the time to listen.
K: doesnt everyone?
E: ooooh yeah.

T: i do not, though i do not enjoy talking to people about my life.

R: my sister.

14. ever slept in all day?
R: i did once while i was still in boarding school. i had been out all night trying to track down a dealer in the area who i had heard knew the whereabouts of trisha munch. i ended up getting jumped by a couple of thugs who partially doused me with a mild tranquilizer. i managed to make it back to the dorms, but i slept right through classes the next day.
K: weekends i can sleep till sunset.
E: i do that like...every day. or i would if certain people didn't you know...make me get up and stuff.
C: i'm a morning person...
T: i work at night, so i sleep during the day normally.

15. what is your favourite show/movie?
R: i havent seen a movie in over seven years...it was one of the priveledges my...special condition...stripped of me. for at least the first couple of years, on movie nights, if i listened really hard i could hear the faint strains...after they moved me permanantly into the isolation ward i couldnt hear much of anything at all.
K: er...eraserhead?
E: anything violent. action movies. kung-fu!
C: resevoir dogs. i love tarantino.
T: i don't watch movies.

R: once in the isolation cell next to mine there was a man, maybe about fifty or so years old, who sang near constantly. his voice was the most beautiful thing i've ever heard.

E: uh...i dont know. i like everything. right now i'm on a de la soul kick.

T: there is a man at a chruch i frequent in sweden who sings beautiful hymns.

17. what colour are your eyes?
R: black.
K: black as well. why are we so alike, ro?
E: brown.
C: blue/green.
T: grey.

18. what colour is your skin?
R: my skin used to be as nice as porcelain...so many years in damp conditions, poor nutrition, and away from the sun has made it rather sicky looking.
K: i donno..flesh coloured?
E: i'm rather pale - none of my father's mexican-ness got passed to me unfortunately...
C: i'm rather dark. i'm guessing my father was an indian, but who knows.
T: i'm rather pale. as i said before, i do most of my work by night and sleep during the day.

19. are you fat, average, or slim?

20. do you prefer rain or sunshine?
R: i like the sun.
K: rain.
E: why's it matter?
C: rain.
T: sun. rain makes it harder to work.

R: er...the beach i suppose, though i havent been to either in forever.
K: neither. i like to stay inside.

R: i...hadnt thought about it. people should be more concerned with their own lives before they worry about life on other planets.
K: from a scientific standpoint the chance of there being life on other planets makes it ridiculous not to.

klindy: as my characters' creator and therefore legal representation, i advised them not to answer this question on the basis of the severe drop in IQ that would result if they did. how many more questions does this quiz have?

25. ever destroyed something out of blind rage?
R: yes, i'm ashamed to say.
K: a manuscript or two.
E: er...yeah. i once swiss-cheesed a phonebook.
C: i...dont recall.
T: i havent.

26. any unusual things about you?
R:...i wear a top hat sometimes? it reminds me of my father...he said only a true gentlemen wore a top hat.
K: in the deepest recesses of my sock drawer i keep a hoarde of cards my father has sent me. don't tell anyone that.
E: i'm double-jointed?
C: i have extraordinary fashion sense...and...i also got my eye destroyed by a piece of debris from a gunshot hitting a tree, and now i wear an eyepatch.
T: i wear a scarf with pom poms. people tell me that's unusual.
E: oh! i can cross my eyes too!

27. how much food/drink do you need a day?
R: prison has taught me to exist on very little.
K: a moderate amount.
E: incredible amounts.
C: all i need are coffee and cigarettes.
T: not much. i can be stuck in situations where i wont get to eat all day. it's important to be able to withstand that.

28. where is your favourite place?
R: the garden in my childhood home.
K: the fire escape on our townhouse.
E: this bar called the blue eagle down the street from the main office.
C: my sofa, with a copy of the new yorker and a fag.
T: there's a nice park by the francis river by my home.

wow. that was long.
