My final drawing of the year and the start of a series of 9 drawings I plan to do of Korean girl group "Girls' Generation" aka "SNSD" ^^ so thats my next 8 drawings confirmed ^^I've always been a fan of SNSD and kpop in general, infact thats all I listen to nowadays ^^
This is a simple drawing and one that was fun to do, I can already imagine the photo with all 9 drawings ^^ that should look cool ^^

Very convincing; especially the mouth. I have some trouble with the hair. It is a bit plain and not much resolution. Now I know a part is due to the scan, and you've tried to match up the stretch tones and contrasts, which is fine in balance. The only problem is you defeat the play in this. A liitle more aggressive flow to a tad more highlite (which doesn't have to be white). Take a Black pencil or 9B and give more definition to the areal part to flow that it "hairs". Color it in right before it leaves parts. The stretch of the area is too large in this, taking too much attention of the fantastic realistic work in the face. Think this is a problem of photorealism against reallife-realism.

I surely wonder if you really use strokes when drawing Asian female faces... what is the procedure you follow when moving from one eye to another or until the end of the nose? With western faces, I simple throw some strokes and shade... but with Asian faces, I feel like I can't do it... because faces look really delicate with almost no wrinkles at all... :-P
