Powers/Abilities: His principal power It's unamed but he likes to call It "Shotgun arm Blaster", he can produce some blasts similar to the ones Made by the shotguns, they're powerful but they have a cost, they must be used in a moderated pace, if he uses It too much or shoots a powerful blast he can break His arms, hopefully to him he has some special guantlets that garant him to control His blasts at the power that he likes, he like His sister are pretty athletic, he specializes More in the water element and he enchances His power and His arms with regular training, he has an special Belt that doesn't specifies It's uses, he knows a little of hand to hand Combat.

Background History: Once a only child, he was born in
the era of superheros, sadly for him His powers didn't appeared when the doctor checked him, he was raised like any normal child until the age of 5 when Juliana was born, surprised (and a bit jealous) since she manifested her powers at the momment of her birth that helped His mother to give her birth completely and without any complication, now with a little sister, he was encomended with the task of protect her, task that wasnt easy at first, but It was one that kept (and stills keeping) unfortunately for him, being powerless Made him a subject for bullyng with Juliana and His parents and pets being the only reason to not sucumb, but one day he had enough and awakened His powers, a powerful blast that almost kills 4 kids was enough to Made him realize that he was dangerous so he hide His powers for a bit, in the meantime he met an Girl named Rujio that Made a friendship with Julie but unfortunately for him she Made the decision to bully him, but after some rescues and actions from His own part, she decided to stop that (for a Time lol) and know B better, the idea of become a superhero (for both him and Rujio) came from Julie to became the Best duo of heroes in the world and so, the red hooded boy was born! Maybe he Is a bad brother sometimes or a really stupid boy but His determination to protect His loved ones and to accomplish His promises to take care of Julie and to became a great hero are now in the list of the things that keeps him in the good path! So better watch out For not make him angry, sometimes the calmest seas hides the most dangerous storms.
