Description
Copyright © Kmye Chan 2012. All rights reserved. It's been a long while since I got any time to draw - I do feel a bit rusty.
This picture has been in progress for a long time - or rather, I sketched it over six months ago, and got the opportunity to do the color only recently.
Things are starting to settle down a bit here, so hopefully I will have other drawings to show soon.
Limited edition fine art prints are available directly from me on my Etsy store .

Haha reminds me a bit of the Alien Queen from Aliens when she still has her egg sack attached to her spindly body

Favorited. I guess that's likely redundant so I'll add on that it's a lovely picture with an interesting concept.

Your Work is really incredible. I was waiting for another deviation of yours, it gaves me hope to keep on working and improving my own skills.
I'm still amazed by the tools you use and the final result you get, it just feels like there is magic somewhere in the middle!
I'd really like to see a step-by-step someday, to understand how do you get such colors and light.

Thank you!
I have a couple of videos recording my coloring process on my Vimeo account [link] if you want to see. The quality of the videos isn't great, though, I will try to make a better one soon since I now own a better camera.

very graceful... feels weightless, and yet dynamic ! nice colors too, I like the browns and red combined.
