Victor Van Helsing, a 19-year-old boy who is constantly rejected by absolutely everyone who approaches him for a simple reason; they get scared.

It was so many times that people got scared with Victor that no one walks near the alley near the beach where he always goes and was unfortunately nicknamed "Vampire Alley" because of his pale skin and red eyes.

Victor always goes out at night, not because he likes to scare people,which causes Victor not to be exposed to the sun because it could cause burns, that’s why and for going out only at night, his skin is so pale. And Victor’s eyes are fine, he was just born with that color. ┐(シ)┌

Victor is not a bad guy, quite the opposite. He is a somewhat shy and very calm guy, being also quite quiet. Although somewhat shy, Victor does not miss the opportunity to try to chat with someone, but the result is the same on all occasions; they run away when he approaches them. 。。。ミヽ(。＞＜)ノ
