The title is from the conversation in KOTORII that you have when you meet Atton. He tells you what he knows of what happened in the Peragus Mining Facility, which he ends with, "And then you showed up in your underwear and things got a lot better." Because you start the game waking up after being drugged in a facility where it seems everyone has been killed by malfunctioning mining droids. You just happen to wake up in your very modest jumpsuit underwear.I posted this to tumblr a while ago and apparently forgot to post it here. So here we are.
