Aw when I saw this I thought that the Mimikyu thinks that Togedemaru thinks he is a Pikachu and that's why he is friends with him, and is crying cuz he is worried about keeping his secret. But the fact that Togedemaru drew Mimikyu's real eyes means that he knows he's not a Pikachu and still wants to be friends with him. So Mimikyu will be happy when they show each other their drawings
