Classification: jewel star pokemon
Type: Water/Dark
Description: When Staryu evolves into Starous, the jewel at it's centre grows over it's whole body, exposing it's newly developed, moon shaped core. This is Starous' greatest weapon and its greatest weakness as any strong attack on the core can prove highly dangerous to Starous but it also allows it to use powerful attacks that it may otherwise have been unable to access. It builds alot of energy by absorbing moonlight into it's core.

Staryu + dusk stone = Starous
I found it weird how all staryu have male voices and all starmie have female voices, so I created Starous as a darker, more masculine alternate evolution for staryu!
