Ah, good to be back!

So this is me getting back into the art groove, as it where, and here an Imperial Guard Commissar from Warhammer 40k.

Commissars are elite officers schooled at the Schola Progenium of the Imperium of Man and are fanatic devotees of the Imperial Creed. As such, they are assigned to Imperial Guard regiments with the mandate to enforce loyalty and devotion to the God-Emperor of Mankind. To this end, they can execute any soldier or officer under their command deemed not giving their all. This makes them universally respected and feared.
