Kaizen is a ninja from a clan of lizards, trained with others of his general species to be stealthy assassins of the dark. Unlike many of the recruits he trained with, Kaizen was given more of a 'Scout' role, better suited for information gathering and tracking then complicated assassinations. This gecko prefers this position, enjoying the skill of stealth (and not being much for killing someone he doesn't know well or at all). Kaizen has great skill with all types of ninja weaponry, preferring to use the traditional tools and weapons. Unable to really use advanced skills like element manipulation or shape shifting, Kaizen prefers to use his natural skills to beat opponents; Some of his skills involve being able to stick to surfaces using the pads on his feet and hands, as well as using his large tail as a bludgeon against foes (His belly skin and stomach can also stretch like rubber, allowing him to swallow foes or friends to keep them safe or vice versa). Unlike Nagano who wields a elemental blade, Kaizen wields plain steel, preferring the straightforwardness of the material to magic. Being very easy to get along with, Kaizen does have times of random shyness. He has no control over it but normally gets embarrassed by it every time. Just like Nagano, he too is ticklish, attempting to cover his weakness with foot wraps to not grab attention. Sadly for him, he's not immune to hypnosis or any overly crafty opponents looking to exploit that weakness...
