I actually never knew you could upload a picture and scale it to make an icon until last week. And I been on here for almost a year. OMG haha
I've wanted to make a pixel icon too, except I"m not too good at pixel art. haha
I'm sure you could do pixel art in mspaint (the worst program ever) But w/e.
You could also download paint.net for free. Which is a million times better version of paint. you can do pixel art in that program.
