Rowlets final evolution. It's based of a prehistoric owl, the ornimegalonyx. It's also based off of a knife thrower from the circus, using it's feathers as knives. Every thinks Rowlet's just gonna end up being a bigger owl, so I've never seen anybody take this approach.Type: Grass/Flying

Yes, yes; I do see a tall evolution in Rowlet's future! There really should be more fan art like this; it would seem as though most would prefer "natural progression" over "concept implementation" unfortunately.
