This should have been Riven's default skin or something. It just seems so much more relevant than the bath towel and sandals she ended up in, (Girl, did you nab some hotel goodies while you were busy being an emolicious 'self-exile' taking points from Kenshin or what? Where'd you get that terrible getup?) even if you could look at it and go "Demacia! ...?", especially when it was .. blue-er.
And of course, it's exceptionally pretty, even if the character herself is an annoying git who sounds like a fifteen year old and chatters way too much.
