I have a question...how do you make the background transparent like that?

Though I do not know which software you use, I explain a way of Photoshop.
1:A background draws a picture as transparence.
Or, using "choice tool", do a background transparently.
2:When I save it in png, choose "transparent areas" and save it.
Because Photoshop that I use is not English, names of "choice tool" and "transparent areas" may be different.
