I just want to give you and Aurelio's creator major props for making fancharacters that are noticeably taller than the main average Sonic character height. Far too often I think fan character makers sorta default to "around 100cm" even though there's a lot more freedom design wise to try something a little different.

I think people who aren't as familiar with character design tend to stick with the default heights, I've noticed that the more experience one has with at least trying, the more likely the heights are to vary. Although even Archie Sonic has a bad habit of doing that for their new character designs, however I wonder if it's at least somewhat SEGA mandated.

There's probably a mandate involved, but I bet the mandate is something like this: "keep characters in standard sonic proportions," the intention being to keep them from breaking design consistency and making characters that look like humans with animal heads, like they had done in the past. Just to make sure it doesn't happen again.
There's Moss the Sloth and Rotor and Thunderbolt so unusually big or small characters can't be mandated against...

I FORGOT TO TURN HER LAYERS BACK ON AGH
I changed Sticks' colors to the ones on her OFFISHUL SONIC CHANNEL PROFILE... they did something interesting and made her brown hair a little more maroon and her threads a bit purple which is cool and makes her look a little less like marine.
She's shorter than Amy in the show but since everyone is much taller in the show, they all seem like 2 years older or something... well she's just been adjusted back to standard sonic size, but since we've only seen her in the show until this point, she always seemed 2 years older than she probably is. I was thinking of her as like 13 or something but going off her height she's probably around like 11 years old... it's kinda cool how they left the age unknown though, like she doesnt know how old she is :'C
Her regular outfit now looks a little odd on her due to having lots of detail and being shrunken down back to standard size, so I simplified it a little, but I'll include the standard version as an alt outfit maybe.

Ah, I really like that maroon she has on her. Yeah, I was thinking she was around 13 too, but 11 does fit better with the height. "like she doesnt know how old she is" oh no now you've gone and made me sad ;; That very well could be true, though, and it could add some tragedy to the character, being alone for so long you don't even remember how old you are or something.

Now we just need Big to show all these losers how it's done, lol. I know you said you'd update this with more, but I'd say adding Big, Wave, Storm, Metal Sonic, and Knuckles (whom I can't believe I just now realized wasn't on here) would be a good stopping point. (Omega, Chip, Maria, and Black Doom might be interesting too.) I... don't think this needs the dumb eight billion comic characters on it (aside from Gold, but she's actually cool, so) or any characters from the various cartoon series, buuut it's your deviation, lol.
Out of curiosity, what made you decide on Shade being 100cm? I noticed there's some uncertainty there.

I wondered the same thing (and they added it today, of all days... coincidence?). Interestingly enough, Sticks also got wallpaper on the site too, which people were genuinely surprised by, considering Sega isn't one to care about American-made Sonic characters enough, if at all, to do that sort of thing. So perhaps her getting a profile, while still a bit of a shock, was also kind of inevitable with her pretty much being the most well-received American Sonic character in Japan. Or something. I dunno lol. And her age is obviously unknown so we don't know that she's really a seventy year old psychopathic hermit and is just stuck looking young and short!!!
I'll say - I excepted her to be Amy's height at least jeez.
