Crimson has accidently found herself transported across time and space 250 years to Steel's timeline via Chaos Control. Due to this strange event, Crimson is able to travel to both worlds seamlessly and is able to bring people to both timelines but at the price of being unable to use her Chaos Powers for a whole day after using it.

Crimson runs into a native of that time, Esmeralda. After realizing she's unable to use the Chaos Control, even with the Master Emerald, she decided to hang out with Esmeralda until she's able to find her way home and became good friends regardless of the dimensional gap.
